Gloria Tong founded AGEA in Vancouver in 2015 on a simple idea: small businesses deserve bookkeeping from a firm that knows their file, not a service that treats them as a queue position.
Eleven years on, Gloria still leads the firm day to day and is still the first call when a client has a question. That is why we have turned down the two obvious growth paths: offshoring the data entry, and taking on clients faster than we can serve them properly. Nothing leaves this office, and nothing is subcontracted.
